'�herefore,the building demolition,which would <br /> normally be re.quircd to bc approved afcer a full SEPA roview,is deemed exempt under <br /> the emergency exempdons undcr SEPA(WAC 197-11-SSO). Addidonally�tho <br /> demolition is being undectaken based on a requircmenc of the Code Compliance division I <br /> of che City. <br /> This SEPA exemprion does not provide the propeny owner rcliof from compliance with i <br /> other appiicable State and City requiromes�ts including any required asbestos abatement. <br /> A demolition perm�c from the City's Building Department is required paur to inivating <br /> demalition.
