The mobile home(Building D). <br /> The violations noted during the inspection are as follows: <br /> I. Description of the violation(s) <br /> EMC 16.12.080(B;. Dangerous Building. For the purpose of this code, any building or <br /> structure whic;� has any or all of the conditions or defects hereina8er describeJ shall be <br /> deemed to be a dangerous building, provided that such conditions or defects exist to the <br /> extent that the life, health, property or safety of the public or its occupants are endangered. <br /> 1 12. There were also several paint cans and buckets with <br /> unknown contents stored in the carport area. <br /> EMC 8.20.020 (B) Several appliances have been lefi unattended in the front yazd, wbich <br /> constitutes an attractive nuisance dangerous to children. <br /> 4. Four(4) refric�erators were note to be left in the front yard azea of the propertv. <br /> EMC 8.20.020 (C) Broken or discarded furniture, household equipment or fumishings <br /> in the yard areas. <br /> 5. Several aunliances have been Ieft in the vard areas ofthe propertv. <br /> �MC 8.20.020(E) Dead, decayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees or vegetation, <br /> vegetation that is taller than forty-hvo inches high and not located in a flower bed, and/or <br /> grass taller than twelve inches in height, located in the front yard, side yard,reaz yard or <br /> vacant lot; <br /> 6. Dead veeetation (mainlv tree brancnes) have been deposited in areas of the site. <br /> Also, the �rass in the vard is approachin 2�' tall. <br /> z�5 <br />
