The building extends into the water <br /> of Silver Lake. <br /> The building is open to the public, is very run down, deteriorated and rotted to such an <br /> extent that it poses a danger to health, safety and welfaze of the public. <br /> Portions of the building aze coming dislodged and floating in the water posing a dang�r <br /> ' ro swimmers and watercraft. <br /> Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions.
