The <br /> permit was issue� last July. I still intend to go forvard with constuction, <br /> as soon as I have cleared some "financing hurdles". <br /> As your department is avare, the clearing and grading of the site, pius <br /> drainage requirements and utility extensions, were completed last fall <br /> by 0'Drien Construction. It recently came to ny attention that a policy <br /> you have relating to "no progress" could possibly "nullify" a valid <br /> building permit. Thus, this update 1-o advise the City of my plans to <br /> proceed shortly vith final construction.
