A continuous ten-foot wide concrete pathway along <br /> the shoreline above elevation 528 from the <br /> southern property boundary to a point just south <br /> of the restaurant as identified on Exhibit #2 must <br /> be provided. The walkway shall be extended from <br /> the shoreline to the restaurant at its termination <br /> point on the northern portion of the site. <br /> b. A 10 foot wide trail system shall be prcvided on <br /> the southern edge of the subject property ta SR <br /> 527. This walkway may be developed jointly by the � <br /> applicant and the property owner to the south. <br /> c. That the applicant • shall dedicate 25 feet of <br /> pr.operty adjacent to the shoreline in the area <br /> being improved by the applicant and 10 feet in the <br /> area adjacent to the restaurant in an alignment <br /> acceptable to the Parks and Public Works <br /> Departments. <br /> d• A lar,dscaping plan including all of the areas to <br /> be improved by the applicant shall be presented to <br /> the Parks Department for review and approval. <br /> e. That the applicant shall provide, at a minimum, 4 <br /> picnic tables and 4 benches in the 25 foot <br /> dedication area in a manner acceptable to the <br /> Parks Department. • <br /> f• The applicant shall provide parkin9 for the public <br /> on the south side of the office complex for use <br /> after normal business hours which are interpreted <br /> as being from 9:00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. The amount <br /> of par�ing that shall be provided shall be 10 <br /> spaces. The public parking shall be signed by the <br /> applicant to clearly identify that it is available <br /> ' for use by the general public and the hours of its <br /> availability. Failure to provide the public <br /> parking will result in the review of this permit. <br /> g. That signage be provided identifying the public <br /> trail system. Directional signage shall be <br /> provided at the southern property line directing <br /> through pedestrians to SR 52a. <br /> h. That the specific engineering details on the trail <br /> improvements sFall be reviewed and epproved by the <br /> Parks Departme :. <br />
