MEMORANDUM April 19, 1988 TO: Bruce Nelson, Manager Silver Lake Sewer & Water District Larry Crawford, Public Services Manager City of Everett Public Services Division FROM: Michael Brown METCO CONSTRU RE: SANITARY SEWER SERVICE Lot 1 Paradise Tracts, Division No. 3 Snohomish County, Washington The object of this memo is to advise you that we are desirous of facilitating the introduction of sanitary sewerage conveyance to serve the above referenced property (a single family residential lot). To this end we respectfully request your acknowledgement of approval by signing and returning this memo to my office. The following items are understood to be the parameters by which this conveyance is permitted: * A se sewer will be extended to the aforementioned lot from a City main located approximately 1-9 feet North of the instant lot. * This instant lot will become a customer of the Silver Lake Water and Sewer District and will obtain permits for said service from same. Likewise, the instant lot will pay for all associated service extension fees as required by the Silver Lake Water and Sewer District as well as monthly service charges. * The service for sewer is to be installed pursuant to the approved plans as prepared by Lovell-Sauerland and Associates, Inc., for the City of Everett. We understand that minor modifications may be necessary to effect this sewer service, and further, we understand that successful completion of this conveyance is dependant upon our conformance to the requirements of the City of Everett and the Silver Lake Water and Sewer District. Upon receipt of this memo with the acknowledgements as noted, we will proceed with the necessary engineering and contractual documentation to introduce this service.
