The final phase would be occupancy of <br />Buildings H, I, and K by December 1, 1988. <br />I understand that Warranty Bonds will be required and that <br />certain other elements will necessarily have to be in place <br />prior to occupancy (i.e. buildings complete, pavement, etc.). To <br />this end, I would like to begin setting the groundwork to <br />facintate occupancy as noted herein.
