The unit was a TRA�O double hung Model <br /> TR-5000. The client also submitted an extra exterior sash on which was an <br /> installed Trimvent Multiglaze ventilator located at the top of the sash. The <br /> purpose of the teating was to determine how the sash with the installed <br /> ventilator compared with the sash without the ventilator. The testing was <br /> comprised of air infiltration and water penetration teats outlined within this <br /> report. <br /> WIADOW DAIT DSSCBIPTIOF <br /> One-over-one thermally improved horizontally pivoted tilt double hung window. <br /> Take out sash 52 1/2" wide by 60" high, counter balanced by four Caldwell <br /> spiral balances per saeh. Two cam type aweep locks on lower meeting rail, <br /> , keepers on upper meeting rail, each approximately 12 1/2" in from ends of <br /> rails. Two sash etopa per sash, top and bottom of master frame. Two sash <br /> plungera; one at each end of the upper rail and lock rail. Inaulated glass <br /> conaiating of two piecea of 3/16" cryetal aheet. Wetp: Schlegel PB-7518 <br /> Fin-Seal watp double on sash stiles and lock rail, aingle on frame head, top <br /> rail and bottoo rail. Gas-0220 EPDM on bottom rail over thermal break. <br /> Single strip of Cushion Seal PPB-230-3 at meeting rail of interior sash. All <br /> four frame cornere sealed with aeam aealant by Schnee Morehead. Half acreen <br /> conaiating of extrnded tubular membera 3/8" by 1 1/2" ,�ith fiberglass mesh <br /> held in with vinyl spline. Screen corners fastened with die cast corner <br /> keys.
