This will help to lower the <br /> level of Silver Lake. However,the culverts can not be replaced until all permits and approvals <br /> have been obtained. This could take a couple of months and it is possible th;at the Dept. of Fish <br /> and Wildlife may require the City to wait until next summer. <br /> I have attached a copy of the agreement for your information.
