The issue of drywall nailing can <br /> be verit"ied to a limited degree by an inspection of the finished drywall, which we will <br /> perform. The issue of framing adequacy however, will require additional data in order for <br /> a final approval to be given by this office. <br /> The fire/life and structural components of the building including fire blocking, <br /> penetrations, diaphragms and shear walls must be verified in order to complete final <br /> approval. Means of obtaining this verification include removing drywall for inspection or <br /> a written report from a licensed structural engineer.
