I am not able to review the design with the Architect since he is no longer involved because of a dispute, and <br /> Gaffney Construction decided not to involve the new Architect and instead gave me 8 pages from the 2001 Fire <br /> Resistance Directory showing a few different options for chase construction. I want to make sure before I <br /> resubmit that these pages will be sufficient, since you requested insert drawings, and the pages don't propose a <br /> specific type of construction. <br /> 2. Regarding support for the seven rooftop gas packs, Kosnik Engineering did structurel design for building, but <br /> CanAm in Spokz�e did structural calculations for roof trusses and girders for gas packs. Their calculations are <br /> broken down per truss and girder and is a 8.5 x 11 packet 1.5" thick. The packet of calculations refer to the <br /> trusses and girders marked on sheet JE3 of 5 submitted with original permit application. The packet is stamped <br /> by CanAm's Structural Engineer.
