The listed reGuirements are placed in response to our review of this information: 1. Prior to issuance of any permits, the Applicant must pay a mitigation fee of 533,501 per the City's Traffic Miliyation Ordinance No. 2425-99. (S[PA Transportation Policies) The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)c. This delermination assurnes compliance with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection including but nol limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency.
