For developments in the area served by the combined sewer <br />system (Area A on Figure 3) a 10-year rsign storm will normally be required. <br />In all o%her areas of the City, a 25-year design storm will be required. <br />In extremely sensitive areas, a 50 or 100 year design storm may be required. <br />Step 7.
