Also, when the walk- <br />in cooler is used for beer storage, only bulk food storage <br />is permitted. <br />If the plan review is not completed prior to construction, <br />then the final field inspection will determine whether or <br />not your new food -service establishment is in compliance <br />with the food code. However, it shotld be pointed out <br />that the main reason for the plan review is to help pre- <br />vent errors which may later result in additional work <br />and cost. <br />Very truly yours, <br />John W.
