We are building an LDS Church at 9509 19th <br />Avenue S.E. in Everett. The plans call for a fire loop and re— <br />quires the tapping into your water line in two places. <br />My understanding is that you will do the following work: <br />Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to open and close <br />the street if necessary, tap the lines and run new lines to <br />the property line, furnish valt and manholes and detector check <br />valves, all in locations as shown on the plot plan for the <br />church. The work to be performed and ready for utilities con— <br />tractor to hoot: nn specified fire loop. <br />I understand that a refund to our company will be made of <br />funds left from costs deducted from the enclosed $13,000.00. I'm <br />not sure why you need such a large deposit when we had a firm <br />bid from a local contractor to do the same work for less than <br />$4,000.00, nevertheless, it is enclosed as you request. <br />If you have any questions concerning the job please contact <br />Willmer Stilwell or Carl Lindsay at the jobsite.
