Found reinforcing to be installed as detailed on S-10. Structural <br />engineer gave verbal approval to stack bond block and ins `all horizontal <br />ties around CMU reinforcing at 1611 o.c., instead of 24" o.c. as shown in <br />drawings. <br />CMU height 12'-0" <br />Gave verbal approval to scribe ceiling tile to plaster wall in lieu of <br />edge trim.
