CITY OF EVERETT <br />NOTICE OF APPLICATION <br />AND <br />PROPOSED MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA # 07-057 <br />Everett LDS Parking Lot Expansion <br />November 13, 2007 <br />This notice is to inform you of the public and agency comment period for this development <br />application. Since the City is using the optional DNS process, this may pray be the only <br />opportunity to comment on the environmental checklist and the proposed mitigation <br />measures listed in the proposed MDNS. <br />Application: On October 8, 2007 an application was submitted to the City of Everett Planning <br />Department. The application was determined to be complete for purposes of processing for <br />public review on November 1, 2007. <br />Applicant: Church of Jesus Christ LDS <br />P.O. Box 2328 <br />Issaquah, WA. 98027-0105 <br />Project Location: 9509 19" Avenue SE. <br />Project Description: Tire Applicant is proposing repair and expansion of the existing <br />parking lot, improvements to internal traffic circulation and addition of a site maintenance <br />building. The project also includes perimeter and interior parking lot landscaping. <br />Required City Permits: Public Works and Building Pennits. <br />Other Agency Permits: The following is a list of permits required by other agencies to the extent <br />known by the City of Everett: None <br />Special Studies: Storm Drainage Report <br />Existing Environmental Documents_ An environmental checklist, special studies listed above, <br />and other information necessary to analyze the environmental impacts of this proposal are on file <br />with the Everett Planning and Community Development Department and may be reviewed at <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A, Everett, Washington (a proposed DNS/MDNS containing the <br />conditions being considered to mitigate environmental impacts has been issued for this proposal <br />and is available for review at the above address). <br />Public Comment Period: Written comments on the application and the proposed MDNS <br />are solicited and must be received at the above address by November 28, 2007.
