Preliminary Conditions Summary <br />The existing site is mostly rectangular in shape approximately 630-feet long running cast -west and <br />330-feel running north -south lines. The grades on the site range from 1-3%. The maximum slopes are <br />retaining walls along the north and south property lines. Terrain on the site is slightly sloping. The <br />vegetation found on the existing property is ornamental landscaping includingsome mature trees.
