FINAL DECLARATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />The proposed action is the Planning Commission and.City Council approval of a special <br />property use permit and issuance of building permits to allow construction of a <br />25,000 square foot building for a worship sanctuary, cultural hall and classrooms. The <br />following factors were considered and the: following conditions set after reviewing <br />this Proposal: <br />1 Ingress and Fgress to the site will be provided via 19th Avenue S.E., a major <br />arterial street. <br />2. The site is currently vacant and recently graded in preparation for construction. <br />3. This project will require Planning Commission and City Council approval of a <br />special Property Use Permit and project develoment shall conform with the conditions <br />set forth in the above mentioned permit. <br />4.
