As of this date, the requested <br />repairs have not been made. <br />you know, the City has nofinal <br />Certificate <br />Occupancy <br />your <br />occupancy expired on the <br />your motel. The temporary P Y Permit whichwas issued <br />31st day of August, 1981. Since your structure is currently being occupied without <br />a valid Occupancy Permit, it is being illegally occupied. Until the requested <br />repairs are mode, the final permit will not be issued. <br />I'm requesting that the above repairs be immediately undertaken and completed to <br />the satisfaction of the Public Works Department on or before the 13th day of <br />August, 1982. If you have any questions, please contact Ruben Gonzales at <br />259-8811.
