Everett, Washington. <br />1. Double all 2x3 studs at bearing walls and partitions. <br />UBC (2518-3(G) and 2518-4. <br />2. Remove all structural lumber less than #2 grade and <br />replace with #2 or better graded material. <br />3. Provide metal strap bracing or let -in wood bracing <br />at all bearing walls. UBC (2518-5). <br />4. Provide adequate access for under floor rough -in <br />Plumbing Inspection as per Plumbing Inspectors re- <br />quirements. <br />5.
