The 14-day comment period for this project ended on November 5, 1998. <br />You may appeal this determination to the City Clerk at City Hall, 2930 Wetmore Avenue, <br />1 st Floor, no later November 20, 1998 (which is after the 14 calendar day comment <br />period) by submitting a written statement requesting an appeal which sets forth the name <br />and address of the person aggrieved, an explanation of why the person is aggrieved, a <br />clear and concise statement of the specific issues for the appeal on a form provided by the <br />Planning Department, and a fee. You should be prepared to make specific factual <br />objections. Appeal application packets are available from the Department of <br />Planning/Community Development Permit Services Counter at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd <br />Floor. <br />Contact Faheem Siddiq to read or ask about the procedures for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: A DNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in the proposal, <br />disclosure of new significant information, misrepresentation by the applicant, or failure to <br />comply with the conditions upon which this Determination of Non -Significance is <br />predicated. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not SEPA <br />conditions. All requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based upon the <br />preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA review. <br />The proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete <br />building permit application is filed, including those not specifically set froth herein. <br />(Exception: For vesting under the Zoning Code, please refer to Section 44 of the Zoning <br />Code). Contact the Planning Department for information regarding appeals processes for <br />the requirements listed in this document. <br />Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards stall <br />be submit, o the Public Works Department showing site parking layout, <br />landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and <br />all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department <br />approval of these drawings is required prior to any pemtits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed. approved, and warranted before Occupancy <br />permits are issued. <br />2. A structural building permit is required for the antennas and equipment buildings. <br />3. The maximum height in the B-2 Zone is 35 feet (28 feet when located within fifty <br />(50) feet of single-family zones including the R-2 Zone). The Applicant must <br />obtain an administrative variance in order to construct a 150 foot monopole. <br />
