These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2003 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2004 Edition, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. The submitted structural report does not appear to apply to the tower under this building permit. The heights are 10 feet different and the existing equipment parts are located at different heights. The address of the proposed project should be included on the cover sheet of the structural report. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed s ructure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
