Landscaping: <br />a• A continuous greenbelt shall be preserved adjacent to I-5. Where <br />vegetation in the gr.eenbelt area is sparse, additional evergreen <br />plantings shall be provided to create a visual buffer between I-5 <br />and the subject property. It is not the iatent of this <br />requiremen� to totally block the view from I-5. <br />b. A landscaped area a winimum of 5 feet in width sha11 be provided <br />on the southern perimei�r of the parcels adjacent to the building <br />and parl;ing area to provide project definition. <br />In the future, as the portion of the site adjacent to 19th Avenue S.
