The <br />applicant proposes to rezone a 1.1 acre site located on 19th Avenue SE, across the street from ihe Skate <br />Deck, from R-2(A) (Single Family Attached h4edium Density) co B-2 (Community Business), with a <br />(imitation on ihe range of uses normally allewed in the B-2 zone. The Planning Commission <br />recommended approval, subject to a Resolution of Intent to Rezone, which would place restrictions on <br />some of the B-2 zone uses and modify some of the B-2 zone standards. A Rezone ordinance would not <br />be adopted until development of the site was completed in accordance with the plan approved in the <br />Resolution. <br />RECOhIi�IENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Concur with the Planning Commission <br />recommendation and (following compietion of all Pub(ic hearines for the I996 Comprehensive Plan <br />update) adopt the attached Resolution of Intent to Rezone Greenspace, Inc. property at 9707 and 9709 <br />19th Avenue SE from R-2(A) (Single Family Attached Medium Density) to B-2 (Community Business). <br />cca-arca <br />149 <br />
