The applicant proposes to rezone a 1.1 acre site located on 19th Avenue SE, across the street from ihe Skate Deck, from R-2(A) (Single Family Attached h4edium Density) co B-2 (Community Business), with a (imitation on ihe range of uses normally allewed in the B-2 zone. The Planning Commission recommended approval, subject to a Resolution of Intent to Rezone, which would place restrictions on some of the B-2 zone uses and modify some of the B-2 zone standards. A Rezone ordinance would not be adopted until development of the site was completed in accordance with the plan approved in the Resolution.
