The requirements oF Sign Category B shall apply, except that pole signs <br />shall not be permitted. <br />4, permitted Uses. The following uses which aze normally permitted in the B-2 <br />zone shall be prohibited: <br />Automobile serv:ce stations, autumotive services, automotive vehicle <br />sales. movie theater or complex, bowling alley, private club or lodge, <br />laundroma� bingo hall, financial institutions with drive up teller or <br />outdoor automatic teller machines, tavems, nieht clubs, hotels, motels, <br />automobile washing facilities, self service storage facilities, motor vehicle <br />fuel sales in conjunction with retail uses, social service facilities, retail <br />uses invotvine outdoor display or sales areas, mobilehome or recreational <br />vehicle sales, mortuaries. funeral parlors. cremaroriums, skatin_ rinks. <br />equipment rentals, ambulance service, miniarure goli course, video game <br />arcades, trade center and/or exhibition hall, commercial pazking or <br />commuter pazking facilities, detosification centers, Class II group homes, <br />solid waste transfer stations, recycling and/or composting collection <br />centers, minimum risk waste collection centers, and other uses not <br />presently listed in the B-2 zone which the Plannin� Director determin�s to <br />be similar in character and nature to those specified here�n as prohibited <br />uses. <br />5. Building height shall be as required in the B-2 zone except a� provided herein. <br />If any building is proposed which contains more than 2 stories above grade, the <br />use of any story above die second sl�ail Ue limited to residential use. Below grade <br />parking shall not be considered to be � st^ry• <br />6. T'here shall be only one drive approach allowed for che subject properiy> the <br />location of which shall be approved by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />7. Construction must be commenced within three (3) yeazs of the date oY this <br />Resolution. Construction of buildings and of the site improvements required by <br />this Resolution shall he completed w•ithin one year of the date of issuance of <br />building permits.
