9`707 -- 9709 - /41-�-� SE coyJ <br />February 19, 1997 <br />3. Signs. The requirements of Sign Category B shall apply, except that pole signs <br />shall not be permitted. <br />4. Permitted Uses. The following uses which are normally permitted in the B-2 <br />zone shall be prohibited: <br />Automobile service stations, automotive services, automotive vehicle <br />sales, movie theater or complex, bowling alley, private club or lodge, <br />Laundromat, bingo hall, financial institutions with drive up teller or <br />outdoor automatic teller machines, taverns, night clubs, hotels, motels, <br />automobile washing facilities, self service storage facilities, motor vehicle <br />fuel sales in conjunction with retail uses, social service facilities, retail <br />uses involving outdoor display or sales areas, mobilehome or recreational <br />vehicle sales, mortuaries, funera! parlors. crematoriums, skating rinks. <br />equipment rentals, ambulance service, miniature golf course. video game <br />arcades, trade center and/or exhibition hall, commercial parking or <br />commuter parking facilities, detoxification centers. Class II group homes, <br />solid waste transfer stations, recycling and/or composting collection <br />centers, minimum risk waste collection centers, and other uses not <br />presently listed in the B-2 zone which the Planning Director determines to <br />be similar in character and nature to those specified herein as prohibited <br />uses. <br />5. Building height shall be as required in the B-2 zone except as provided herein. <br />If any building is proposed which contains more than 2 stories above grade, the <br />use of any story above the second shall be limited to residential use. Below grade <br />parking shall not be considered to be a story. <br />6. There shall be only one drive approach allowed for the subject property, the <br />location of which shall be approved by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />7. Construction must be commenced within three (3) years of the date of this <br />Resolution. Construction of buildings and of the site improvements required by <br />this Resolution shall be completed within one year of the date of issuance of <br />building permits. The Planning Director may authorize an extension of up to one <br />additional year. <br />Oil <br />
