� 2.0 MAINT�,NANCE AND OPERA�'IONS REQ�JIREMENTS <br />The Contractor sh,311 maintain the erosion Contro] measures in a functional <br />'. coiidirion throughout the duration of the site construcrion. This will be done <br />to the satisfacrion of the City of Everett Site Inspector. This will include <br />� augmenting the site's stabilized construction entrance to the site. If this <br />proves to be ineffeck�ve in preventing mud tracking into City streets, then the <br />Contractor shall ad� a vehicular washing area. Streets may have to be <br />� swept periodically to clean out any potential discazded soil materials as part <br />of clearing or filling process ori-site. The emplaced silt fence shall be <br />� inspected periodicaily and repaired as needed to keep its effectiveness. The <br />existing car�h basins shall be kept clean of any sediment generated as the <br />result of conshucrion acti��ities. <br />� Upon completion and approval of the drainage system, the Ov✓ner shall <br />� provide for regular maintenance and operations of all drainage facilities. <br />'This will include annual inspection of all the detention pipes, wet vault, wet <br />pond, catch Uasins and pipes for this site. Based on this inspection, the <br />� Owner will fix all the deficiencies found in a timely fashion. In case that <br />regular maintenance and operations of the drainage faciliries are not being <br />performed, the City of Everett reserves the right to gain access into the site <br />� and perform the needed inspection and/or maintenance work and bill the <br />Owner for all the appropriate cost in complering these tasks. <br />� <br />� <br />� <br />
