The parcel is rectangulaz in shape with 289.89 fett in the <br />� longest length� going east-v,west direction and a maximum of 140.92 feet in <br />the nort.'�-soutai direction. Access is gained through Bothell-Everett <br />Highway with a secondary access to 10U�' Sh�eet SE via Burger King parldng <br />tlot. Presently, the site is clear of any veg�tation. It is flat with minimal <br />grade variation. <br />� The original commercial applicarion proposed 13,900 Square Feet Tire Stare <br />and a Burger King Restaurant that would replace an existing single-family <br />detac}�ed home. Burger King was built, however, the Lts Schwab Tire Store <br />� was not. The current development would provide a Jiffy Lube and a Creneral <br />� Purpose Auto Repair facility :nstead of the Tire Store. The Jiffy Lube would <br />have 6 servicing bays.
