An Environmental lmpact Statement is <br />not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance <br />with State law and Cify ordinances related to genersl envirnnmentaf protection including <br />but not fimited to right•flf-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision <br />was made after review of a completed environmentai checklist and other information on <br />file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This <br />proposed Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on <br />compliance with the conditions aftached hereto which are incorporated by reference as <br />if (ully set forth herein. <br />This MDNS is being issued under 19?-11-355. The City as the lead agency has <br />determined that significant adverse environmental impacts are unlikely; therefore, tite <br />optional DNS process, a public comment period was conducted on this propasal and <br />the comment period was completed on February 7, 2001.
