Public Works Departmert approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shafl be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 3. This projecf must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. 4. Special ci�aryes for connection to the sewer and w•ater systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 and subse�uent revision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges pro to building permit application. The actuarial charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per tlie Ordinance in effect at the time and according fo the information on the approved plans at the time of buifding permit issuance. 5. Lack of comment on thew plans submitfed with the application does not constitute approval ofthese plans. 6. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debns at all times during conslruction. Dust suppression and streef cieaning must occur as direcfed by the Public Works Inspector. A one-year warranty is required on the public improvement for an amount not lass than 10% of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of �nal approval/icsuance ol'the first Occupancy Permit. 8. A two-year guaranfee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage treatmenbabatement facilities serving areas larger than one acre. 9. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easemenf will be submitfed to the City prior to issuance of permifs. 10.
