INFOf2MAT10N FOR THE DEVELdPER <br />Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design Construction Standards <br />for the Development. <br />2. N Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drav:ings in <br />accardance with City Design and Constrcction Standards shall be submitted to <br />the Public Works Departmerrt, showing site parking fayer, landscaping, utilities, <br />storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br />improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Departmert approval of <br />these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements <br />shafl be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br />issued. <br />3. This projecf must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and <br />Sprinkler Ordinance. <br />4. Special ci�aryes for connection to the sewer and w•ater systems in accordance <br />with Ordinance 1998-94 and subse�uent revision are applicable. These charges <br />are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is <br />encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges <br />pro to building permit application. The actuarial charges shall be computed by <br />the Public Works Department per tlie Ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according fo the information on the approved plans at the time of buifding permit <br />issuance. <br />5. Lack of comment on thew plans submitfed with the application does not <br />constitute approval ofthese plans. <br />6. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debns at all times during conslruction. <br />Dust suppression and streef cieaning must occur as direcfed by the Public Works <br />Inspector. <br />A one-year warranty is required on the public improvement for an amount not <br />lass than 10% of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date <br />of �nal approval/icsuance ol'the first Occupancy Permit. <br />8. A two-year guaranfee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage <br />treatmenbabatement facilities serving areas larger than one acre. <br />9. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easemenf <br />will be submitfed to the City prior to issuance of permifs. <br />10.
