All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for its <br />intended use. <br />2. Storage refrigerators must be listed for the storage of potentially hazardous foods. <br />3. An indirect waste is required for the food preparation sink, mechanical dishwasher, ice machine, <br />running water dipper well, and equipment in which food is placed. <br />4. An additional handwash sink is required for the fryer line, or relocate fry thaw rack (Item #14 on <br />Sheet 1) to provide access to handsink (Item #25 on Sheet 1) on wall by crew room. <br />5. Relocate handsink (Item #25, Sheet 1) currently next to shake machine (Item #23, Sheet 1) to <br />end of expediting counter (Item #30, Sheet 1). This will provide the requ`red access to the <br />handsink from all of the front counter area, drive -up window and scullery area. <br />6. A reduced pressure backflow prevention device is required at the end of the copper water pipe <br />prior to the carbonation device. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish Health <br />District must be notified. <br />A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of inspection the <br />construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be to place. <br />Incomplete construction may result in a $55.00 reinspection fee.
