SERVICES <br />Ocioter 21 r 1997 <br />Facsimile:(425) 257-8829 <br />As you requested, the following, is a general sequence ofmitical construction items to maintain the existing <br />li ve storage volume throughout construction of the above-reterenced project. <br />1. Reconstruct Family Tree detention pond and modify outlet structure to provide temporary <br />storage compensation. The storage compensation volume available is 0.60 Ac.Ft. Excavate <br />aide slopes at 2H:1 V on a temporary basis only. Permanent side slopes will be constructed <br />at 3H:IV. <br />2. Construct temporary storage pond and outlet structure U the South end of the site adj&vent <br />to 100t11 Street to provide the remainder of temporary storage required during filling and <br />grading of the site. The storage compensation volume available for this pond is 0.58 Ac.Ft. <br />Togedv-r with the reconstructed Family Tree pond, the total volume compensation Is 1.18 <br />Ac.Ft, which exctxxis the required volume of 1.14 Ac.Ft. <br />3. Construct temporary sheet pile wall and silt fencing along north property line to prevent silt - <br />laden runoff from discharging into existing wetland north of site. Construct pea gravel cone <br />around a perforated &-watering pipe for discharge of clean water in wetland as shosm on <br />plans prior to filling and grading in wetland. <br />4. Cuate and fill the site as shown on rough grading and temporary erosion and sedimentation <br />control plans, including permanent storm drainage outfall, groundwater recharge system, and <br />all erosion control amenities. Maintain temporary storage ponds throughout grade and fill <br />operations. <br />5. Obtain building permit for construction of retaining walls in the Family Tree detention pond. <br />Construct the pond per final design plans utiii2urg modified control structure to inerease the. <br />live storage compensation to 0.39 Ac.Ft. <br />6. Construct roof drainage detention pipe as site till reaches final pipe design grade.
