The civil drawings and reports have been revised <br />to incorporate the review comments received February 2, 1998. <br />We have addressed all redline comments found on the enclosed City review set with the exception of the <br />following: <br />1. On Sheet C6 of 9 it is suggested that rerouting of the overflow pipe from Pump Station No. 1 <br />requires revision of all affected supporting calculations. In a recent discussion with Jane <br />Zimmerman, we agreed that the supporting calculations are not affected because the overflow <br />pipe will convey only flows exceeding the 25-year/24-hour design storm. <br />2. Wetland Resources, Inc. will submit wetpond planting plans in accordance with City of Everett <br />standards and conditions of the project and agreements made with the Silver Lake Action <br />Committee. These plans are expected to be completed soon and will be incorporated into the <br />civil set. <br />3. Calculations for the 6-month/24-hour design storm hydrograph routed through each pond have <br />been included in the storm drainage report. In addition, wet pond volumes have been broken <br />down into open water cell volume and wetland treatment cell volume, as requested. We have <br />tagged the additional and/or revised pages of the storm drainage report for your convenience. <br />Please review these plans at your earliest convenience and call me if you have any questions or need any <br />additional information. <br />Respectfully, <br />Lit �� ® J <br />W.
