July 6, 1998 <br />Chandler Stever <br />Mulvanny Partnership <br />11820 Northup Way, #E300 <br />Bellevue, WA 98005 <br />Dear Chandler; <br />This memorandum is to confirm to your office that the City of Everett will permit the <br />design and construction of curtain boards for the Home Base project to be as required by <br />Section 906.6, U.B.C. All other requirements of Section 906 such as but not limited to <br />smoke and heat vents shall be as prescribed in Article 81, U.F.C. <br />A set of plans showing the location and construction of the curtain boards should be <br />forwarded to this office for review and approval. <br />A joint letter of understanding from the Fire Marshals' and Building Officials' offices is <br />to follow to restate these findings.
