We are seeking your written agreement for our proposed improvement in <br />compliance with e:dsting sewer easement (conditions and covenants items 2 and 5) which <br />is common to the property located at (9907 19* Ave. S.E. Everett Wa. 98208). <br />2. We plan to pave over the fifteen foot wide sewer easement to provide an <br />access to the east side of our property. See attached for area being considered for paving. <br />3.
