E. <br />Dear Patchett: <br />The Public Services and Engineering Department has reviewed your proposal to pave the <br />area over the sewer easement along your north property line. We will allow this paving <br />with regards to condition #5 of the sewer easement document. <br />However, there may be other criteria to be considered when doing the paving. The City <br />Planning Department may require that any landscaping along the north property line be <br />left intact.
