Renton Village Place #200 <br />Renton, WA 98055 <br />SUBJECT: Expiring Permits for work at 9930 196 Ave SE <br />PERMITS: B58007 (New Wendy's restaurant) <br />P59166 (Plumbing for restaurant) <br />M58009 (Mechanical for hood and ductwork) <br />558008 (Sign) <br />According to our records, there has been no request for inspection of work under these <br />permits. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the <br />work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days at any time <br />after work is commenced. If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without <br />documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extensio-i. <br />If the restaurant is not to be built at this, you may retrieve your plans from our office. Re - <br />submittal and plan review will be required if you decide to go ahead at a future date. Please <br />respond within 10 days. After that time the permits will be declared void.
