25. Any broken or damaged sidewalks shall be repaired or rep'gced per the City <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />26. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute <br />approval of these plans. <br />27. A walkway from the buildings to the public sidewalk is required. <br />28. Permits are required from the Fire Department for removal and installation of <br />underground fuel tanks. Additional information as required under Item 4 of the <br />Conditions for Underground Tank Installation shall be provided to the Fire <br />Department prior to the issuance of any permit to install tanks and the related <br />dispensing equipment. <br />29. The contractor shall provide the Fire Marshal with specifications for tanks, piping, <br />dispensers and leak detection equipment, or any other special equipment prior to <br />installation (contact the Everett Fire Department for conditions of underground <br />tank removal or installation). <br />30. Per City policies, due to the proximity of the site to environmentally sensitive <br />areas, seasonal limitations may be placed on land alteration activities. Land <br />alteration activities are defined in the City Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications as clearing, grubbing, excavation, filling, grading, and <br />stockpiling. Determination of the exact seasonal limitation period requires site <br />specific information generally not available until the project design stage. <br />However, preliminary analysis using the information available at this time <br />indicates that land alteration activities on the project site may be restricted to the <br />period of April 1 and October 1. <br />31. If the future use of the site will result in Vie potenJal for accidental spills of <br />chemicals, including oils or fuels, to the City sanitiry sewer, an Accidental Spill <br />Prevention Plan will need to be prepared per the direction of the Industrial <br />Pretreatment Program. <br />32. A non -leaking dumpster and screening are required. <br />33. All chemicals or products of a hazardous or toxic nature that may be used or <br />stored on the site must be stored under cover and isolated from the storm <br />drainage system. <br />34.
