In addition to biofiltration, a wet pond is required per City of Everett criteria for this site. This wet
pond consists of dead storage. For the purpose of our site, 95 percent of the 6-month/24-hour storm
volume will be located as dead storage within the detention vault, with the remshft 15 percent of
dead storage located in the wet pond. The volume of runoff from a 6-month/24-hour storm under
developed conditions is 2,107 cubic feet. Fifteen percent (15 %) of that is 316 cubic feet, which will
be located in a wet pond located in series with the bioswale downstream from detention. The
maximum average depth of water in the wet pond shall be 2 feet.
4.0 CONVEYANCE
See Appendix 'B' for the pipe conveyance calculations, basin map and biofiltration calculations. All
pipes were sized to pass the 25-year storm.
-3- 2918.011IA/sMl
