ReplumU house to meet code. <br />6. Replace all rotten ateril in coalls, floors, and roof (at rear of liouse and <br />at back rooms). <br />7. Replace broken or rotten window sash. <br />8. Point up mortar in chimney. <br />9. Provide heating system to main[.in 70° inside temperature. <br />I0. Insrall handrail on stairs L•o 2nd floor. <br />
