OCNNETi <br />DireUo� <br />During our conversation earlier this month you <br />indicated you do not desire to correct the housing <br />code violations of the structure at 1514 - 19th <br />Street in Everett. <br />As these discrepancies directly a.ffect the health <br />and safety of the occupants, we are taking the <br />necessary steps to vacate the building and to <br />formally condemn the structure. <br />We are allowing sixty days to vacate the premises <br />which should provide ample time `or the tenant to <br />relocate, but we recommend that they move as soon <br />as possiUle.
