Discontinue tne use of the illegally installed heating device(s). <br />a. The stove is improperly installed should have a Permit and be <br />inspected by the City of Everett Building Department (259-8745). <br />2. Install an approved portable fire extinguistser Mith a U.L. rating of <br />2A-IOBC or more. <br />a. in cash register area <br />3. Repair the damaged plaster with a fire-resistive materiat equivalent to <br />the s�rrounding surfaces. <br />a, door area in east wall <br />4, Post and maintain the correct street address nu�er in a conspicuous <br />place over or near the principal street entrance, or in such other <br />conspicuous place as is necessary for the easy finding of such address. <br />Nimbers sha11 be easily legible figures, not less than three (3) inches <br />high� contrasting with the color of the building or other structures upon <br />which they are placed. <br />A reinspection of this business will be conducted on or after December 9, <br />1985.
