Also, you were given <br />until the 31st of August, 1982 to bring your fence into compliance. <br />On August 23, 1982 this denartment received a letter from you <br />indicating that you liave turned this matter over to your attorney. <br />To this date there has b�en no change in the status of the <br />fence. If you do not agree with thc clecision made by the City <br />in this matter, you may appeal this determination to the Board <br />of Adjustment.
