A copy of his report is enclosed. The last request for inspecdon <br />was October 29, 1993. <br />We would appreciate your assistance in closing out this file. The Uniform Building <br />Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit <br />is suspended or abandoned at any 6me after work is commenced for a period of 180 <br />days. Your file will be held for 10 working days, and then unless we have received a <br />request for inspection or a written request for extension of the permit with a plan for <br />completion of the work, the file will be sent to microfilm records without final <br />approval.
