Cook <br />2321 Sth St. <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />RE: 2716 19th Street., Everett, WA. <br />Dear Mr. Cook: <br />It was noted by the City of Everett Public Works Building Inspection Division that the <br />building on this property which was severely damageci by fire on Sept. 18, 1993 <br />remains in a state of disrepair. An inspection of the building reveals several <br />deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of <br />public as defined in the Uniform Housing Code, and the Uniform Code for the <br />Abatemenl of Dangerous Buildings. These conditions may be sufficient to declare the <br />building to be dangerous. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted during the inspec;ion aze listed on the enclosed <br />inspection report. <br />Any work performed on the building may require buiJding permits. Information <br />regarding permit application requirements, time frames, and code information may be <br />obtained at 3200 Cedar Street, second floor or by telephone (259-8810) between the <br />hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these condition.
