It is in such bad repair that no one will buy it. The foundation is bulging, garage is ready to fall down. The garage is on the alley; it is locked, �ut the kids crawl in 1! over thc roof and go down in via a ladder. It is filled w.ith old stuff and sh is worried about them injuring themselves or burninq the pl�ace docan. The sini � domes off, the roofing comes off and she has to continually picx it up to keep ' her property clean. She has been mowing the lawn aad trimming it for two year Iand does it to protect her property. If someor.e does go out to mow it, they �I leave the grass there. She has called Housing Inspectors three times and has I called the Fire Dept. twice. She said the homes are old in the area, but the owners try to keep them up. We have inspected the property and have iound several deficiencies that should be. corredted before the house is occupied. We have therefore posted the house and have provided HUD with a list of violations. The house is properly securc�d aqainst unauthorized entry and the yard is being maintaieed by IiUD. Althouqh the garage is partially open and in need of repair it is no apparent threat to the public. T9e will require repair of the structure before occupancy and hope to have the matter resolved within 6 months. � Mrs. Oman was notified of our findings by telephone. She was quite upset because we didnot take immediate action to raze the building and I antici�ghe that she will continue with her complaint.
