PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />5. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />6. Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />7. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for .his lot. <br />8. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm <br />Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />9. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to <br />beynning the project. Call Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 // Call Cliff Lindman at 425-339-7404. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />11 Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />12. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />13. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved. permitted <br />site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />14. ) No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />15. No building materials to be stacked on sidewalk/roadway and sidewalk/roadway to be kept clean and <br />open for pedestrian travel. <br />16. Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />17. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />18. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />19. Pave driveway from the front property line cut to the street paving. <br />20. Pave to existing paving in alley. <br />21. Contact the <br />sewer services. <br />Water District for connecting provisions for this building's water and <br />22 A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is required for the <br />parking area. <br />23 If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private manhole, then <br />gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />24. A sprinkler system is required for this building in compliance with the requirements of NFPA Standards <br />13D. <br />Your Public Works Inspector is Cliff Lindman.
