Box 41012 <br />Olympia, WA 98504-1012 <br />Any questions pertaining to this project shall be directed to the office of the Consultant, Richmond <br />Engineer ng, 2111 Harrison Ave. NW, Olympia, WA 98502, telephone (206) 956-0384, fax (206) 352- <br />1275 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Fridays. <br />Submit bids for above referenced project to Mrs. Susan Smith at Room 206 in the General <br />Administration Building on the Capitol Campus before Wednasday, September 24, 19y3 at 3:00 p.m. <br />Bids will be opened within tv,o working days following receipt of bids, and the bidders can telephone <br />for final results. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and title clearly <br />identified on the front (items 1 and 2 above). Clearly print on envelope "Project Bid Enclosed". The <br />Owner reserves the right to accept or reject all bids. No additional bids shall be considered after official <br />bid receipt date and time. <br />The bidding documents may contain mandatory requirements for Minority and Women Business <br />Enterprise participation. The participating MWBE's must be certified, and the name and dollar amount <br />for each participating MWBE must be included in the Form of Proposal. MWBE firms qualified for <br />certification but currently r X certified are encouraged to contact the Office of Minority and Women <br />Business Enterprises immediately regarding the steps necessary for certification.
