Decision: <br />The Planning Director, using Review Process II-B has approved the collocation of <br />twelve (12) wireless antennas an on existing 150-foot Washington State Department <br />of Transportation monopole at 3200 — 20th Street in Everett, Washington. <br />Right to Appeal: The applicant or owner of property located adjacent to the subject property or <br />any property ow�er who deems himself aggrieved and wil! thereby suffer a direct impact <br />from the proposal may appeal the Planning Director's determination as to whether or not <br />the praposal should be approved. Any such appeal must be filed within fourteen (14) days <br />of the date specified below.
